Technology Skills Workshops Schedule for Summer 2008
How are you going to spend your Summer? Come join us for all the fun of computer technology.
These technology skills workshops are designed to suit the needs of basic, average and power users alike. Whether you are new to computers and need the basics, or new to LMU standard applications, or simply need to become more proficient or productive at work, one of these workshops will be right for you. All workshops are instructor-led, group-paced learning model with hands-on activities. Some of the popular titles include:
- Clean up your Outlook mailbox by archiving old messages
- Learn how to use Microsoft Visio to draw diagrams and flowcharts
- Follow Professional E-mail Etiquette to improve your e-mails communication
- Use Photoshop to correct common photo problems and to create special effects
- Create easy and professional newsletters in Microsoft Publisher
These workshops are offered free of charge as a service to LMU faculty and staff. Advanced registration is required as seating is limited.
