MLA International Bibliography
6/21/06 MLA International Bibliography If you haven’t checked out the Modern Language Association (MLA) International Bibliography database, have a look! It provides access to more than 2 million bibliographic citations to journal articles, books, and dissertations in academic disciplines such as: language, literature, folklore, linguistics, literary theory and criticism, and the dramatic arts. Until last month, citations were from 1963 to the present. Now the database goes back to 1926! You’ll also find MLA's Directory of Periodicals.

Keep in mind that the Von der Ahe Library will not have the print and/or online full-text article for all 2 million citations. If you need help determining whether our library has the article, contact the Reference Desk (310/338-2790).
