Blood test:

Hepatitis A-Blood test        

Hepatitis B-Surf antibody    $ 48.00

Hepatitis C-Virus AB    $ 59.00

Herpes Simplex Virus    $ 53.00

*anonymous HIV test can only be charged to your flexi account or paid by personal check.

Urine test:

Gonorrhea and Chlamydia    $ 79.00

3) How do I make an appointment?

  • Contact us at x82881 for an appointment. You may specify whether you prefer to be seen by a male or female clinician.
  • Costs are generally charged to your student account (unless otherwise indicated). We also accept flexi dollars or personal checks. Student Account charges do not specify what tests were done or what medications were given. We will not use or disclose your health information without your written consent or authorization. To obtain a copy of your medical records or an itemized bill from the Student Health Center you must complete a "Release of Medical Records Form."
