Philisophical Framework

Career Development Services’ (CDS) policies and guidelines are developed to provide our constituents with a common understanding of our business practices and services. We are committed to providing meaningful service to our constituent communities; therefore our policies are broadly written. They provide for consistency and structure while allowing for individual consideration when circumstances dictate. Policies are communicated to the appropriate constituencies in the most efficient and effective way possible. Constituents who contact a CDS staff member in order to discuss policy interpretation and implementation will receive individualized attention. CDS will conduct periodic reviews of all policies in order to maintain relevant and current policies.
