All students are encouraged to exhibit their work while at LMU. Opportunities for exhibition include Studio 217, Elevator Gallery, Art and Art History Society Exhibition Projects, The Springfest Competition Show, The Annual Juried Student Art Exhibition in Laband Gallery, and the Senior Fine Arts Exhibition held each spring in Von Der Ahe Library. All students are taught to prepare their work for exhibition and to develop professional presentation skills. Mat cutting is available with approval from Professor Teresa Munoz in the Printmaking Studio. Professional mat cutting is available at student discount, WestSide Art Center, Manchester Blvd, Inglewood, 3 blocks west of Freeway 405.
