In the past twenty-eight years, Darryl H. Graver has successfully completed over 3,000 arbitrations, mediations, voluntary settlement conferences, and fee arbitrations in complex personal injury, construction, employment, and business matters. Regarded as diplomatic, patient, and tenacious, Dr. Graver also offers the unique background and perspective of a graduate school professor of business at two prestigious university graduate schools, Loyola Marymount and Pepperdine University, where he has been on the faculty since 1983. Dr. Graver has lectured to a variety of groups including the Los Angeles Superior Court, Continuing Education of the Bar, and CAALA.
