The record-breaking rainy weather didn't stop more than 60 alumni, parents, friends and LMU staff for a Sunday brunch at the beautiful Hawaii Prince Hotel, in downtown Waikiki, on April 2nd. The special gathering brought together old friends and new acquaintances for a day filled with good conversation, ono (delicious) food and live entertainment by the Hawaiian band, The Poi Boiz. University President, Robert B. Lawton S.J. received a warm welcome by alumni, and shared the exciting advances at LMU. Following the brunch, alumni attended a new student reception and shared their personal experiences and value of an LMU education with members of the incoming class of 2010 and their parents.
