Biography
Kala Seal, a computer information systems professor, has been a member of the College of Business Administration faculty since 1990. Prior to joining the faculty, he worked as a consultant at a jet propulsion laboratory and as an assistant executive engineer for an oil and natural gas corporation in India. Seal has received several grants and has been honored with the Faculty of the Year - MBA Program. He is a member of the Decision Science Conferences Referee, INFORMS, and INFORMS Transactions on Education.

Research
Seal is working on several papers, including the Effect of Interactivity in Learning Modeling, the Study of Information Technology Issues in India, and Understanding Mobile-Commerce Success Factors Around the World.
