Biography

Ellen Ensher has been a management professor at the College of Business Administration since 1997.  She focuses on human resource management, organizational development, and training and development.  She previously taught courses at Claremont McKenna College, Lee College, and the Bielsko Biala Business Academy in Poland.  Ensher is a consultant for Centinela Hospital Medical Center, E! Entertainment, Home Improvement Warehouse, Korean Youth in Community Center, Los Angeles Unified School Distict, The Los Angeles Times, Petronas, St. Petersburg State University of Telecommunications, and the University of Southern California.  She is a member of the Academy of Management, the American Society of Training and Development, and the Western Academy of Management.  Ensher has been the recipient of many fellowships and grants including the prestigious American Association of University Women's Fellowship grant.  She served on the advisory board for MentorNet and has conducted pro bono work on mentoring for Girls Today, Women Tomorrow and Covenant House.
