Biography
Benjamin Bobo, a finance professor with the College of Business Administration, has 10 years of service in the federal government's senior executive service in sub-cabinet level posts, including Manager of the Los Angeles U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Assistant Secretary (Acting) of the Office of Policy Development and Research at the national headquarters for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Washington, D.C., and as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Housing Studies. He also taught at the University of California (Riverside), California State Polytechnic University (Pomona), and UCLA. Bobo received the Distinguished teaching and service award from Delta Sigma Pi and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the Multinational Finance Society and the Association of Third World Studies.
