Career Services

The MBA Career Services Office (CSO) is your first point of career-related contact within our Program. Our office is flexible, and we will work with you and your company’s guidelines to find the best method of recruiting our students. You will work with Lesley Goodkind, MBA Career Services Coordinator, for all hiring needs.

• All positions (full and part-time, consulting and internship) can be communicated by the CSO to our students. Blind recruitment ads can be filtered through the CSO directly.
• Depending on the level of the position, descriptions may be sent to students in our Executive MBA Program as well as our alumni.
• The CSO would be happy to assist you in scheduling on-campus interviews, information sessions, or site visits, depending on your company’s needs.

The services of the CSO are open to all LMU MBA students and alumni. The CSO can provide guidance for creating resumes and cover letters, as well as assistance with interview and salary negotiation skills and general career counseling. The CSO facilitates the MBA Mentor Program and various seminars and panel discussions pertaining to career searches, scheduled regularly throughout the year.

We utilize the CareerLeader assessment tool, Vault.com, InterviewStream.com and other products to aid students and alumni who are searching for their next career. LMU MBA students and alumni have access to our job postings. For more information, contact the CSO.
