Appeal a Citation
If you would like to appeal a citation, a request for primary review must be filed within 21 days. The primary review will be performed by The Department of Parking and Traffic Management to resolve the question of whether or not an error on the part of the citing officer was made.
Citations will not be dismissed for any of the following reasons:
1. Ignorance of the parking rules and regulations
2. Failure to read the signs
3. Failure to locate a parking space
4. Parking or stopping for only a short period of time
5. Exceeding time limit by over ten minutes
6. Disabled Parking Violations
7. Fire Lane Violations
The mandated time limits must be followed in order to conduct a Public Safety review or schedule an appeal by the ASLMU.
After your online appeals form is completed print it out and please bring it to:
