Produced credits include Co-creator and Executive Consultant for the CBS-New World TV one-hour Vietnam War series "TOUR OF DUTY," Writer-Producer for the ABC-Warner Bros TV one-hour action series "A MAN CALLED HAWK," Co-writer of Turner Network Television-vonZerneck-Sertner Films' original movie "THE COURT-MARTIAL OF JACKIE ROBINSON," Consulting Producer of "AURICON," a direct-to-video film from Kusza Productions. Steve's developed and written comedy and drama projects for Spelling and Columbia Television, a soap opera bible and a four hour mini-series treatment for NBC Productions, a drama for Republic Pictures, two feature films for TriStar Pictures, and two episodes for "PARIS METAL," a CBS-TV late night series. He actively writes feature screenplays, new dramas for television, novels and textbooks on the subject of screenwriting. Steve graduated Cum Laude with a B.S., Art Design from North Carolina A & T State University and with a M.A. in Communication Arts, Television & Film from Loyola Marymount. Steve has taught at the UCLA Extension Writers Program where he was Teacher of the Year (1996) and is a member of the Writers Guild of America West, the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences where he served on the Writers Peer Group Executive Committee for two terms.
