Emergency Communications

Phones

  • In an emergency, the university’s main number will be the first source of information – 310-338-2700.

  • Faculty, staff and students should call their voice mail for broadcast messages.

  • If campus phone service is interrupted, dial 1-866-568-2968 (1-866-LMU2YOU) for an emergency message.

 Email

  • Broadcast messages will also be sent through the university’s email system.

 Website

  • Emergency information will be posted on the university’s website: www.lmu.edu.

  • The LMU Website will be transferred to an off-campus remote site if access to the LMU web is interrupted. The web address will remain www.lmu.edu.
