President Roe called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.
Announcements of the President of the Faculty Senate:
- President Roe welcomed the Faculty Senate to the final meeting of the 2004-2005 academic year
- The Faculty Senate Roster for Academic Year 2005-2006 is accessible from the Faculty Senate webpage.
- The Faculty Housing Assistance Plan has been changed to go into effect with the second year contract instead of the fourth year contract.
- President Roe announced that Bro. Anthony Smulders, CFMM,Department of Biology, has rejoined the University community.
-A plaque was given to President Roe in recognition of his outstanding service as President of the Faculty Senate 2003-2005.
-Monika Juszli was thanked for her work preparing the minutes for the Faculty Senate.
Election:
Elections were held for the officers of the 2005-2006 Faculty Senate.
The officers for next year will be:
President - Victoria Graf
Vice President - K.J. Peters
Secretary - Cynthia Becht
Fourth Member - James Roe
The meeting adjourned at 3:20 p.m.
