Enrollment/Degree Verifications

For Students...
To conveniently serve Loyola Marymount University students around the clock, LMU has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as its agent for verification of student enrollment status.
 
You can obtain a free, printed, official Enrollment Verification Certificate by:
 
  1. Logging into PROWL
  2. Clicking on Student Services & Financial Aid
  3. Clicking on Student Records
  4. Clicking on Enrollment Verification
This Enrollment Verification Certificate can be presented to health insurance agencies, housing authorities, consumer product companies, banks, etc., when you are required to provide official evidence of enrollment at Loyola Marymount University.
 
For the Business Community...

To better serve the business community (Credit Grantors, Employers, Insurance Companies, etc.), Loyola Marymount University is now using the National Student Clearinghouse as our agent to provide verification of our student and alumni attendance. They will handle all requests for verifications. Please visit www.studentclearinghouse.org or contact them at:

Student Loan Verifications
 
Students' enrollment for loan purposes is verified to the National Student Clearinghouse on a regular basis throughout the year. The Clearinghouse automatically updates your status with all of your lenders.
 
If your lender does send a deferment form to you and insists the form be completed, please sign it as required (borrower's signature) and forward it to the Office of the Registrar. We will send it to the Clearinghouse so they can update the lender.
