Telephone Billing Web Portal
<<<NEW IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!>>>
For the past year and a half the Campus Business Services telephone billing staff and ITS have been diligently working on migrating the telephone billing software database to a new database. We have now reached the end of all our “data scrubbing”.
The migration to the new version also involves an upgrade to the Telephone Web Portal, from which you view your detail call records . We have now come to the completion of that project. Login information and procdedures have changed a bit. Please review the below new instructions.
To access your telephone bill click on: lionphonebills.lmu.edu This takes you to the "Customer Portal" of the Paetec/Pinnacle web portal.
1. Enter your username. Your UniversityID is your username. If you do not know your UniversityID, you can go to PROWL at: PROWL UID Lookup .
2. Enter your password. Your UniversityID is your initial password. On the next screen you'll be able to change your password only. We strongly recommend that you do this!
This will take you to a "Welcome" page. You can then change your password by clicking on "my account" on the menu bar in the upper right. Now click on the "Password" tab at the top and follow the instructions.
2. To view your bill, click on "my bills" on the menu bar. Under the "View bill" tab you can view/print your bill. PDF format is best, but you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Just change the format under "Output Method". Select a Billing Date from the list of all the months that have been billed to date. Click on the appropriate month (date) to view a record of all calls placed and billed for that period.
4. To pay your bill on-line using a Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card simply click on "pay my bill". The amount shown includes any telephone calls made after the last bill date.
You can still pay your telephone bill via Flexi Dollars, credit/debit card or check, in the person, in the Campus Business Services office, St. Robert's Annex. OR you can mail a check to:
