Intracampus Mass Mailing Form - Used by departments and clubs for any intracampus mailing with a quantity over 200.   Fill it out and e-mail it to Mail Distribution .

Shipping Services Form - Used by departments and individuals who wish to send out a package through UPS, FedEx, or DHL.  Print, fill out, and attach to package.

Forwarding Request Form - Used by students who are studying abroad, withdrawing, graduating, or leaving for summer break. Print, fill out, and submit it in either of the following ways:
